Our photographer will already be set up ready and waiting to take your professional headshots. Visit the photography station at your leisure throughout the day. We've chosen very carefully to make sure we have the best of the best to make you comfortable and ensure you love your photos. Feel free to bring any physical products you'd like to capture too.
Whilst you enjoy your coffee and pastries you'll head into your first networking session. These will be facilitated to ensure everyone gets to meet all other businesses. Your next client or collaboration could be in that room!
Take a seat at your tables and chat some more with your new connections. Take a peak in your goodie bags and help yourself to some gorgeous stationery on your tables as an extra treat to prepare you for your day of implementation workshops. Expect some autumnal decorations too!
You're ready to head into your first workshop! In this first workshop we are re-connecting with our WHY, our purpose and our bigger vision for our businesses. This will set us up perfectly to make decisions on what is right for our business and what we want to add to our strategy throughout the rest of the day. This will ensure your strategy fits you and your passion.

During the second workshop. Michelle is going to lead you through a marketing strategy. We are keeping it straight forward and simple so that you can implement it and have an impact when you promote your business.
We'll stop for a 2 course sit down hot lunch and we'll have more opportunity for networking and to visit the photography station for headshots.
In the afternoon you'll complete a profit workshop to enure you are hitting YOUR revenue goals followed by an IMPACT workshop. You'll learn to measure the impact of your work on your clients. It's not all about the money, you started your business from a passion and you want to know that you are making a difference to your clients.
You'll have another pit stop and head into the final session of the day with Maddy Alexander-Grout. There is more to visibility than posting across socials. Maddy will teach us how to build an effective visibility strategy.
Implementing
A whole day with 4 workshops led by 4 experts in their field. No lecture style talks. We're getting work done on the day. You'll go home with a completed workbook from each workshop. You'll complete a business planning, marketing strategy, profit and impact workshop. We'll return you to the business world with an unshakeable strategy aligned to your core values, the soul of your business. Future decisions will be easy because they will be powered by your values.

Headshots
Every delegate has a set of headhsots included in the ticket price. Our photographer will be on hand all day so that noone misses the opportunity. As well as a strategy to drive your business forward you'll have a portfolio of professional headshots to enhance your social media and website.

I'm Amanda Jane and I am a CPD certified Business Strategist. I want to help you re-connect with the SOUL of your business. I will help you build a bespoke strategy that will make everything more focused, controlled and impactful.
Over the years I have developed a real knack for spotting misalignment between the core values of a business (if they have them) and the actions carried out. I have helped several businesses realise the cracks in their strategy that are halting their progress. I've sold high end products business to business successfully by understanding the core values of the business and positioning the appropriate products and marketing activities that align with those values. A very simple example; it makes no sense to push hard on an entry level product when the owner is passionate about high service levels and they are located in an area of wealth... Much like it doesn't make sense to push an e-mail marketing strategy for a new product on a business that prides themselves on introducing products face to face via personal reccomendation.
I may be new to the online world, but I am definitely not new to business. Sure, I've suffered from self doubt taking on this new world.

Earlier this year, I invested in Lisa Johnson's Business Strategist Course. I passed giving me a CPD certified qualification.

I've worked with 100's of businesses, large and small. The most common reason businesses fail is a total lack of strategy or at least a quickly forgotten strategy. Honestly, I've seen it so many times, businesses trying to succeed by copying the competition. They don't understand their market and in many cases have not actually identified a target market. Even if they have core values, their actions are totally misaligned. The core values get lost when the panic sets in as they see other successful businesses thriving. Actions and decisions become frantic and become led by panic and overwhelm. I've seen several businesses end up closing down because of this approach. They lack a strategy and understanding of the market they are in.
